Description:Looking for a new home? Want to be part of a team? We are actively recruiting for a Customer Service/Support Representative to support the Managed Print Services sales team by gathering and analyzing print management data. Organize data onto spreadsheets in a logical fashion to ensure the integrity of the information. You will work closely with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and consistency of service.

Responsibilities

Customer Location Deployments

  • Presale analysis
  • Print management implementation
  • Assist with automation of meter gathering
  • Post-Sales, analyze usage trends to best guide customer fleet optimization
  • Analyze usage trends to best guide customers to proper printing practices

Quarterly Reviews

  • Assist with data compilation
  • Conduct regularly scheduled appointments with customers
  • Generate reports using Crystal Reports and our CRM

Monthly Administrative Reporting

  • Customize reports directed by client requests
  • Evaluate Cost Per Page metrics looking for Service Trends verses Revenue Generated
  • Analysis of account profitability
Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experienced creating reports using Excel
  • One year of report analysis
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, have high level of accuracy and be detail oriented.
  • One year of document management industry experience
