| Description: | Looking for a new home? Want to be part of a team? We are actively recruiting for a Customer Service/Support Representative to support the Managed Print Services sales team by gathering and analyzing print management data. Organize data onto spreadsheets in a logical fashion to ensure the integrity of the information. You will work closely with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and consistency of service.
Responsibilities
Customer Location Deployments
- Presale analysis
- Print management implementation
- Assist with automation of meter gathering
- Post-Sales, analyze usage trends to best guide customer fleet optimization
- Analyze usage trends to best guide customers to proper printing practices
Quarterly Reviews
- Assist with data compilation
- Conduct regularly scheduled appointments with customers
- Generate reports using Crystal Reports and our CRM
Monthly Administrative Reporting
- Customize reports directed by client requests
- Evaluate Cost Per Page metrics looking for Service Trends verses Revenue Generated
- Analysis of account profitability
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experienced creating reports using Excel
- One year of report analysis
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, have high level of accuracy and be detail oriented.
- One year of document management industry experience
